AJ Turner currently serves as the Director of Operations for TGPA, LLC, a multi-million dollar business. In this role, AJ is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of FedEx and a large real estate portfolio, while leading a team of 54 employees. AJ takes great pride in maintaining fiscal conservatism to ensure the company's stability and profitability. With years of experience in managing budgets, supervising employees, and strategic planning, AJ possesses a wealth of knowledge that is transferable to other areas, such as being a City Councilman. AJ has gained valuable skills while working there, one of the world's largest companies, which has helped him excel in a competitive market. He has a talent for recruiting top talent and proactively coming up with solutions to any challenges that may arise.

Through my years of professional experience, I have gained a deep understanding of what it takes to successfully run a business. I have had the opportunity to manage large budgets, oversee teams of employees, and engage in strategic planning.
